These rules apply to every registered player and their parents or guardians. They exist so that sessions start on time, coaches can plan, and every child gets the full session they pay for. By registering, a parent or guardian accepts them on the family's behalf.
1. Punctuality
Punctuality is the rule the club enforces most strictly. A session that starts late is shortened for every player in the group.
- Arrival. Players must be at the field or court, changed and ready, 10 minutes before the scheduled start. The warm-up begins on the minute.
- Late arrival. A player who arrives after the start time is recorded as late. A late player joins only when the coach admits them, after warming up separately, so the warm-up is not repeated for one person.
- Very late arrival. A player who arrives more than 15 minutes after the start may watch but will not join that session's drills or scrimmage, for safety: a player who has not warmed up with the group is more likely to be injured.
- Three late arrivals in a calendar month lead to a written warning to the parent or guardian. Five in a calendar month lead to a meeting with the club director and may result in the player training with a later group or being suspended from training for one week.
- Late pickup. Players must be collected within 10 minutes of the session ending. Coaches will not leave a child alone, but a coach waiting is a coach unpaid. After the 10-minute grace period, a late-pickup charge of $10 for each 10 minutes or part of it is added to the next monthly fee. Repeated late pickups are treated like repeated late arrivals.
2. Attendance and absence
- Notify the club of an absence at least 24 hours before the session, through the member portal or through the contact form. Illness on the day may be notified up to the start time.
- Two unnotified absences in a calendar month lead to a call with the parent or guardian.
- Players are expected to attend at least 75% of their group's sessions in a month. Selection for any matches, festivals or tournaments considers attendance and punctuality first.
- Missed sessions are not refunded or carried over, because coaching, field time and equipment are paid for whether or not a player attends.
3. Fees
- Fees are set per sport: soccer $175, basketball $150 and volleyball $100 per month, each with two hours of training weekly. The multisport membership is $300 per month for all three sports, six hours weekly. Any combination that would cost more than $300 is charged at the multisport rate. The fees pay the coaches, secure jerseys and maintain the club's books.
- The eight-week launch training from November 1 into December 2026 is free for every registered child.
- Fees are due on the 1st of each month. A reminder is sent on the 7th. A player whose fee is unpaid on the 14th is paused from training until it is paid.
- To withdraw, give written notice before the 1st of the month; the fee for a month that has started is not refunded.
- Families who cannot afford the full fee should speak to the club director in confidence. Fee assistance is decided privately and never disclosed to other families.
4. Kit and equipment
- Players wear the club jersey at every session, with athletic shoes suited to the surface. Shin guards are required for soccer. Jewelry is removed before training.
- Every player brings a filled water bottle. In hot weather, bring two.
- A lost or damaged jersey is replaced at cost.
- Club balls, cones and equipment are returned at the end of each session. Players help set up and pack away.
5. Conduct
- Players, parents and coaches follow the code of conduct. Respect for coaches, teammates, opponents, officials and facilities is a condition of membership.
- Parents watch from the designated area and do not coach from the sideline.
- Bullying, discrimination, foul language or violence lead to removal from the session and a review under the club bylaws.
- Phones stay in bags during training.
6. Health and safety
- A completed medical and emergency-contact form is required before a player's first session. Tell the club about any allergy, asthma, condition or medication.
- Any player with a suspected concussion is removed from activity and does not return until a parent has been informed and the player has been cleared by a health-care professional.
- Heat. Sessions include water breaks; in extreme heat they are shortened, moved indoors or cancelled.
- Lightning. Play stops at the first thunder or lightning and does not resume until 30 minutes after the last.
- Cancellations are posted in the member portal and sent by email at least two hours before the session where possible.
7. Photographs
The club photographs players only with the parent's or guardian's consent, recorded at registration, and never publishes a child's full name with an image.
8. Changes
The club may update these rules with 30 days' notice to registered families. Questions go through the contact form.
